Neither the King County Fairgrounds, nor the Enumclaw Trailblazers 4-H Clab, its Leaders, Officers, Volunteers or Members shall be liable for any accident, injury, or loss of any kind to any exhibitor, spectator, animal, or property in connection with this show. Presentaion of this entry is considered acceptable of these rules, and the rules listed below.

General Playday Rules:

 

1)                        All youth riders must wear approved safety helmets.

2)                        Western saddles required in all events, riders are required to wear boots. All 4-H riders need to wear a western, long sleeve shirt while in the arena.

3)                        Hitting the horse forward of the cinch for any reason will result in automatic disqualification.

4)                        All decisions of the judges will be final.

5)                        The management reserves the right to excuse any rider, showing objectionable behavior or language in the ring or on the grounds.

6)                        Entry fees will be refunded only on written request accompanied by a veterinarian’s certificate.

7)                        No stallions will be permitted.

8)                        All entries of minors must be signed by parent of guardian.

9)                        4-H game rules will apply to events covered in the 4-H Western Game Horse Project Rules and Regulations Publication #EM4610.

10)                    No riding without proper bridle, no riding double, no riding bareback, closed reins are required.

11)                    Riders must acknowledge judge before and after a run with a raised hand, making sure the judge sees them.
